An iconic force in Chicago, Revolution Brewing Company is a microbrewery serving up exceptional craft beers. After an incredibly successful launch of a brewpub in Lincoln Square, the brewery expanded to a new 45-barrel brewery and tasting room on Kedzie Avenue. With an opening cleverly scheduled during Chicago’s Craft Brewing Month, the facility’s architect Wrap Architecture turned to Morlights to implement a lighting design that would bring an exciting atmosphere to this newest endeavor.
The renovated building has all the trappings of a spacious, industrial warehouse, which was excellent for sizing but lacked character and warmth. Our lighting introduced a fresh, inviting lighting design, while also providing a cohesive identity with the Lincoln Square location’s design. The final result improved sustainability and controls, earning the business a $10,000 incentive for its new, efficient space. And —perhaps most importantly — it’s a great place to have a beer.
