GT Fish and Oyster is an oceanic experience, pairing fisherman cottage charm and the sophistication of the French Riviera for an aesthetic well-matched to the Chicago restaurant’s seafood offerings. We partnered with design firm 555 International to light the restaurant in line with the firm’s vision, delivering custom luminaries that put the final touches on this elegant downtown restaurant.
Our design solution took the shape of a streamlined, three-socket pendant light with exposed Edison-style lamps that was perfectly suited to the simple but sophisticated design sensibility that permeates GT Fish and Oyster. 555 International is well-known for their high standards, and our trusting relationship is built on the knowledge that we will deliver materials that more than pass muster.
