Bellemore fully embodies its chef Jimmy Papadopoulos’ style of “bold, bright, and beautiful.” Part of the prestigious Boka Restaurant Group, the restaurant’s menu and decor explore the meaning of “Artistic American,” with an adventurous menu and refreshingly whimsical interiors. Morlights worked closely with interior designer Studio K to provide a lighting design that matched these thematic elements, while still utilizing an economic approach.
Morlights immediately cut costs for the project by utilizing the existing track, replacing the outdated lights with Ketra wireless LED lighting to give the restaurant complete control for its multi-faceted needs. We also collaborated with Studio K to realize their vision, including bar area pendants that were rewired to be dimmable and UL listed. Our lighting design fits in perfectly with the plush, dark blush sofas, wicker chairs, and fantastical peacocks and aviary murals throughout the restaurant, and provided Boka with the detailed and economical approach that is emblematic of our trusting relationship.
